Pete Lambis (knee) and Scott McCleri (ankle) both injured and will be unavailable for the Vourvoura team for the season. This is a big blow to a veteran team trying to win one last championship before old age and beer guts catch up to them.

Owner Nick Papoulias said" Looks like we are have to rebuild our team with youth and hopefully within a couple of years be back to being an elite team. We have some players who we have scouted since the 7th grade who we think can make an immediate impact for our team next year." 

GM GJ Kissal, who will is  in charge of recruiting said" I think with my excellent scouting and recruiting ability we can bring in some people next year and compete." On the rumor that the team will sign former G Milton Dartoozos Kissal declined comment.
